Maya Bella Downtown Hotel San Ignacio, San Ignacio

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, which is perfectly situated in the heart of San Ignacio. The rooms were spacious, clean, and equipped with effective air conditioning, providing much-needed relief from the heat. The only downside was the lack of closets, but that didn't detract much from my overall experience. The staff was not only friendly but also very responsive to my needs. I would definitely come back, especially once the pool is finished.

This hotel is a great choice if you're looking for a safe and central location in San Ignacio. I felt comfortable and secure during my stay, and the rooftop pool added a fun element to my experience. The complimentary coffee and bananas were a nice touch, but there were some issues with the room I stayed in. While the staff was welcoming, there were some loud disturbances from other guests that detracted from the overall experience.

The air conditioning worked wonderfully, but I feel they should provide better bedding options since there were only sheets on the beds. Overall, the experience was positive, especially thanks to the attentive front desk staff who communicated promptly via WhatsApp.
